As part of the St Louis Herb Society's ongoing mission to educate and increase knowledge about the use, propagation and cultivation of herbs, we offer courses in the Spring (May) and Fall ( October) every year at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Each seasonal program features timely advice and demonstrations appropriate to the season. Generally included are segments on decorative uses of herbs, practical uses for herbs, culinary demonstrations ( and samples! ), and take home recipes and "sage garden advice" from the members of the St Louis Herb Society Reservations are required and must be booked through the Missouri Botanical Garden.
